For this year’s contest we welcome participants to share their views on the following question:
“How would the accession of Ukraine in the EU change EU Public Affairs dynamics?”
Interested in submitting your essay? Here is what you should know:
- Eligibility: All public affairs professionals who are under the age of 30 and who work for one of EPACA’s member companies are eligible to submit their essay.
- Format and Length: The essay must be a maximum of 300 words (excluding title), written in English.
- Deadline: Send your submission by end of day on 03 April 2026 to info@epaca.org.
- Prize: The winner of the contest receives a training scholarship of €3000 and will be published in the EPACA newsletter, website and LinkedIn page.
- Jury: Representatives of the EPACA partners and Board
We encourage multiple participations per company, and would be delighted if a wide majority of our members chose to participate.
The winner of the John Houston Essay Contest will be announced during EPACA’s Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2026.
